The Mahindra BE 6e has been launched in India with an introductory price starting at Rs 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This EV boasts a futuristic exterior design complemented by a feature-packed interior. On the performance front, its powertrain specifications have raised expectations, offering a claimed range of 682 km.

2025 Mahindra BE 6e exterior 

The Mahindra BE 6e has a striking front design with LED DRLs positioned in a trapezium shape, though not fully connected. Just below, the fog lamps are neatly placed. The grille has a smooth, clean surface, and beneath it, there's an underbelly spoiler. The side profile of this EV gets well-defined creases and curves that add character.

As your gaze moves to the rear, you'll notice the C-shaped LED tail lights facing downward. The stylish alloy wheels complete the look, adding a sleek edge to the EV.

Mahindra BE 6e interior features & safety tech

The Mahindra BE 6e comes packed with impressive features, including a dual 12.3-inch floating screen, head-up display, 16 speakers, auto parking, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, passenger screen, multiple drive modes, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, driver drowsiness detection sensor, 7 airbags, parking sensors, disc brakes on all four wheels, ESP, and more. 

It also comes with the Level 2+ ADAS feature suite, which utilizes the help of 5 radars and 12 ultrasonic sensors to work at its best.

Mahindra BE 6e battery, power, range, & more

The Mahindra BE 6e is available with two battery options: a 59 kWh and a 79 kWh variant. The smaller 59 kWh battery delivers 231 PS of power, while the larger 79 kWh battery generates 286 PS. 

Both variants offer 380 Nm of torque and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds. In terms of range, the 59 kWh version offers a WLTP range of 535 km, while the 79 kWh version boasts a claimed WLTP range of 682 km.

Mahindra BE 6e charging time 

If you're opting for the DC charger, charging your Mahindra BE 6e will be quick and easy, as it can charge from 20% to 80% in just 20 minutes. On the other hand, the AC charger naturally takes a bit longer for the same process.
