Mahindra has disclosed the prices of the top-spec variants of its new electric SUVs in India — Mahindra BE 6 and Mahindra XEV 9e. The carmaker has also announced other important details such as booking and delivery timelines for the same. 2025 Mahindra BE 6 electric SUV

To set some context, the BE 6 is one of Mahindra’s first BEVs that is built on its INGLO modular skateboard platform. It features a coupe SUV body style, and comes with two battery pack options — 59kWh and 79kWh. It had earlier been named as the BE 6e, which Mahindra temporarily tweaked amidst Indigo’s lawsuit.

The Mahindra BE 6 starting price had already been announced at Rs 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai) for the Pack One variant with the smaller battery pack. The Mahindra BE 6 top model price has also been revealed now, which stands at Rs 26.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). You get significant upgrades for the extra Rs 8 lakh including a bigger battery pack, more power, and a lot more features. The SUV does not come with a charger though, and it can be bought by paying an additional amount.

Mahindra BE 6 top model specs

The BE 6 Pack Three model that has been priced at Rs 26.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai) gets a 79kWh battery pack that is expected to deliver a real-life range of around 500 kilometres. The motor output is rated at 285PS and the power is sent to the rear wheels.

The Pack Three is the fully-loaded version of this upcoming electric SUV, and it comes equipped with lots of tech, safety, and comfort features such as leatherette upholstery, 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, 7 airbags, Level-2 ADAS functionalities, cornering headlamps, auto-dimming IRVM, ventilated front seats, illuminated glass roof, and more.

Mahindra BE 6 booking and delivery timelines

Bookings for the top-spec variant of the BE 6 will start from February 14, 2025, with test drives beginning in certain cities from mid-January. The Mahindra BE 6 deliveries will commence from March 2025.
