Kia sales Feb 2025 in India — Posts major 23.9% Y-o-Y growth

Kia has been able to crack down the Indian automotive market with one-after-the-other hit products. The latest star in town is the Syros, which has steered the carmaker’s sales charts towards an impressive growth trend. Here’s a Kia car sales analysis for the month of February 2025 in India, with month-on-month and year-on-year comparisons.

Kia car sales in India in February 2025

Kia India dispatched 25,026 cars and SUVs in the month of February 2025. Out of this, Kia India exported a total of 2,042 units across over 70 countries.  A comparison with numbers from last month and the same month last year are entailed in the tables below.

Year-on-year performance

Kia India sold 4,826 more vehicles in February 2025 than it did in the same month last year, translating to a growth of 23.9%.

Month-on-month performance

Kia India sold 25,026 units in February 2025 as compared to 25,205 units in January 2025. This translates to a negative growth of 179 units or 0.7%.

Please note that the sales numbers stated above reflect the number of units dispatched to dealers and they might vary from the actual number of units sold by dealerships. 

Distribution between Kia cars in India

Out of the 25,026 units sold last month, 7,598 units came from the Kia Sonet, 6,446 from the Kia Seltos, 5,318 from the Kia Carens, 239 from the Kia Carnival, and a respectable 5,425 from the Kia Syros, the newest member in the lineup.
