Kia cars October 2024 sales show a decline in YoY & MoM growth

In October 2024, Kia India's export sales reached 2,042 units. In the domestic market, sales for September 2024 and 2023 were 22,753 and 24,351 units, respectively, reflecting a 6.56% decline in year-on-year growth. Looking at month-on-month growth over the past six months (April to October), Kia saw its highest sales in September, with 23,523 units, followed by October at 22,753 units and June at 21,300 units. Despite October being a festive month, September's sales outperformed it.

Kia Sonet ranks 10th in SUV sales in Oct - New launch coming soon

In September, the Kia Sonet held the seventh spot in the top-selling SUV list, with sales reaching 10,335 units. However, in October, its position dropped to 10th as sales declined slightly to 9,699 units. While this shift may seem like a downturn, it actually reflects a year-on-year improvement—back in October 2023, the Sonet recorded sales of just 6,493 units, indicating growing demand.
