Kia cars April 2025 price hike announced — All models affected

Car prices in India have been on the rise once again, following the industry-wide hike that took place earlier this year. Car companies in India are increasing prices across their model range citing the usual reasons of rising input costs and supply chain issues. Notably, car sales are also on a downward trend, which might be a key reason for the price hikes. Here’s more information about the latest Kia cars price hike in 2025.

Kia cars price hike in 2025

Kia India increased car prices across Kia cars in India by up to 2% this January. The South Korean carmaker has further announced a price hike of up to 3% across its lineup, which will come into effect from April 1, 2025. The current lineup of Kia cars and SUVs in India includes the Kia Sonet, Kia Syros, Kia Seltos, Kia Carens, Kia EV6, Kia Carnival, and the Kia EV9.

Kia sales in India in February 2025

Kia India sold a total of 25,026 units in the month of February 2025, which was 23.9% more than what it did in the same month last year. It is to be noted that more than a fifth of this number came from the new Kia Syros that was launched this year. Please note that these sales numbers reflect the number of units dispatched to dealers and they might vary from the actual number of units sold by dealerships.
