Is the Mahindra Scorpio-N facelift coming in 2025? — Top 5 things to expect
- 1To get an ADAS suite and more standard safety features
- 2Likely to get a larger touchscreen infotainment unit
- 3Expected to retain the same powertrain options
The Mahindra Scorpio-N has been a pretty successful SUV for the Indian carmaker, appealing to audiences both in India as well as overseas. Lately, there has been noticeable interest about a facelifted Scorpio-N. Here’s what we know so far about the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio-N facelift.
Mahindra Scorpio-N
The Scorpio-N was first launched in India back in 2022, and it isn’t really up for a thorough update anytime soon, though there might be a model year update that will bring a set of feature additions and minor styling changes. Here are the top 5 things to expect from the updated Mahindra Scorpio-N.
ADAS
Our sources suggest that the updated Scorpio-N SUV will come equipped with an ADAS suite with functionalities such as forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure warning. These ADAS features are already available on certain other Mahindra cars in India such as the Mahindra XUV700 and XUV 3XO.

More standard safety features
While an ADAS suite will be restricted to the higher-spec variants, the updated SUV is expected to get more safety features as standard as compared to the current model, such as 6 airbags and tyre pressure monitoring system.
Bigger infotainment screen
Another feature enhancement that our source has suggested a bigger infotainment unit than the current one, which happens to be an 8-inch unit. The bigger unit is also likely to support wireless connectivity for both Android Auto and Apply CarPlay, just like in the case of the current unit.

Updated styling
There are no major changes expected on the styling front, leave for a few touches here and there. The interior isn’t expected to witness anything fresh either. However, Mahindra could spice things up with the introduction of new colour options.
Same powertrain options
An aspect where we expect absolutely no change is the powertrain options, which currently include a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor, and a 2.2-litre diesel engine with the same set of gearboxes.
