Hyundai Sales June 2024 - 64,803 Units Sold Last Month

Hyundai Motors India Limited (HMIL) has just announced its sales numbers for the month of June 2024. Hyundai June 2024 sales stood at a total of 64,803 units, which was a 1.2% decline in sales from the same month last year. Hyundai cars in India include Creta, Venue, Verna, Alcazar, Grand i10 Nios, i20, Aura, Exter, Tucson and the Ioniq 5.
Hyundai June 2024 Domestic Sales
While the overall sales of Hyundai India fell by a small margin this June, the domestic sales saw a marginal increase of 0.2%. Hyundai sold 50,103 vehicles in India in June 2024 as opposed to 50,001 vehicles in June 2023.

Hyundai June 2024 Exports
While the domestic sales of HMIL increased marginally, the exports fell by 5.8% from 15,600 units in June 2023 to 14,700 units in June 2024.

Domestic H1 Sales Saw A Growth
Hyundai Motors sales for the first half of the calendar year 2024 stood at 385,772 units, which was a 5.7% rise from 365,030 units sold in the first half of 2023. Domestic sales during this period grew by 4.6% to 3,09,772 units while exports grew by a significant 10.11% to 76,000 units.

Hyundai India Lineup
Hyundai has 13 cars in its current portfolio in India. This includes compact cars ranging from the Grand i10 NIOS, i20, i20 N Line, Exter and Hyundai Aura to premium cars such as the Verna, Alcazar and Tucson. The lineup also includes the masses’ favourite Hyundai Creta, joined by the Creta N Line, Venue and Venue N Line. There’s also the top-of-the-line Hyundai Ioniq 5 on offer!

Commenting on the latest sales figures, Mr. Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai Motor India Limited said, “We closed H1 of CY2024 with an overall sales growth of 5.68% Year-on-Year. SUVs have contributed strongly, accounting for 66% of our domestic sales. The new Hyundai CRETA has been a key driver for Domestic H1 sales with 91,348 units sold, a growth of 11% over same period last year.”
