Hyundai India has opened bookings for the Alcazar facelift 3-row family SUV ahead of its launch, which is slated for September 9, 2024. The updated Hyundai Alcazar features an updated design, which looks distinguished from the Creta and gives it a fresh appeal. Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Bookings Now Open
The Hyundai Alcazar facelift bookings are currently open and you can book yours either via Hyundai’s online website or the nearest dealership with a token amount of Rs 25,000. We expect Hyundai to launch the Alcazar SUV on September 9, 2024. Most of the changes made to the Alcazar facelift are cosmetic and it continues to carry the same set of powertrain options. Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Design Changes
Hyundai India has revealed the first images of the Alcazar facelift, revealing all the changes made to the exterior design of the family SUV. Up front, the Alcazar facelift features a connected LED light bar, just like the Creta, albeit with a different H-shaped design for the DRLs. The radiator grille is placed below boasting a different block pattern while flanking the same vertically-stacked quad LED headlights.
Around the side, the Alcazar facelift gets a dual-tone design finish for the 18-inch alloy wheels and chunkier roof rails than before. Moving to the changes at the rear, the Alcazar facelift features a connected LED light bar, which further boasts vertically-stacked LED lights, just like the updated Palisade SUV. The updated design of the Alcazar puts it in line with the global Hyundai SUVs like the Santa Fe and Palisade.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Interior
Hyundai is yet to share the list of features as well as the interior images of the Alcazar facelift. The current Hyundai Alcazar, which is currently under massive discounts, is already a feature loaded family SUV. It offers features such as ventilated front seats, powered driver’s seat, touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, captain seats for the 2nd row, two wireless smartphone chargers, panoramic sunroof, tray tables for the 2nd row passengers and more. In addition to that, the new Alcazar facelift will offer a connected screen setup for the instrument cluster and infotainment system as well as level-2 ADAS features.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Powertrain Details
As we mentioned earlier, the Hyundai Alcazar facelift will continue with the same set of powertrain options. These powertrain options include a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The diesel engine produces 116PS of power and 250Nm of torque, coupled with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The turbo petrol engine, on the other hand, produces 160PS of power and 253Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
