Honda Cars India has announced its sales figures for the month of February 2025 that reveal a slump of 27% in domestic sales. Read on to know more about Honda February 2025 car sales and the comparison to the same month last year.

Honda Cars India dispatched a total of 10,323 units in the month of February 2025, which included 5,616 units domestic sales and 4,707 units in exports. Comparing the February 2025 sales to the same month last year, Honda cars India dispatched 7,142 units in the domestic market and exported 5,936 units in February 2024.

Sharing thoughts on Feb’25 sales performance, Mr. Kunal Behl, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd. said, “The market conditions have been challenging for the auto industry where we saw reduced momentum in car registrations and difficulties in creating fresh demand during Feb as compared to last year. However, our recent launches of All New Amaze and Special editions of Elevate Black and City Apex with good response from market have helped us to create new excitement in our products and sustain sales in this tough period. With new benefits outlined in the Union Budget 2026 to boost overall consumer demand, we hope situation will improve in coming period. On the export front, we continue to post healthy volumes led by strong performance of Elevate and City in export markets."

New launches from Honda

Honda launched the new-gen Amaze towards the end of 2024 that brought an all-new design inspired by the Elevate and the City. In order to strengthen its current model lineup, Honda also introduced Apex editions of the Elevate and City, which essentially improved the styling of both the models along with new feature introductions. In addition, the Elevate also saw the introduction of Black and Signature Black editions, thereby further extending its appeal in the mid-size SUV space.
