The Honda City price has increased by Rs 20,000. This hike applies uniformly across most variants, but not all are impacted. If you're considering the CVT variants, the ZX CVT and VX CVT are the ones affected, while the other CVT variants remain unaffected by the price increase. 

 

The Honda City variants impacted by the hike include SV MT, V MT, VX MT, ZX MT, VX CVT, and ZX CVT. With this change, the Honda City new price range now starts from Rs 11.82 lakh and goes up to Rs 16.55 lakh. The Honda City on-road price starts at Rs 13.41 lakh and can reach as high as Rs 18.67 lakh in Gurgaon.

 

Honda City engine & mileage

 

The Honda City petrol engine features a 1.5-litre capacity, delivering 121PS of power and 145Nm of torque. It comes with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT. As for the claimed fuel efficiency, the Honda City mileage is 17.8 km/l with the manual transmission, while the CVT gearbox offers a slightly higher figure of 18.4 km/l.
