For starters, the new C3 Dhoni Edition boasts new decal on the outside along with MSD’s name and number 7 on the sides. Inside, the new Dhoni Edition limited model gets new colour-cordinated seat covers and cushion pillows along with seat belt cushions, illuminated door sill plates and a front dash camera.

Under the hood, the Citroen C3 Aircross will continue to be offered with the 1.2-litre turbo-charged petrol engine which is capable of delivering upto 110hp and can be had either with a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission.

The keen auto enthusiasts will remember that this is not for the first time that an auto manufacturer has tied up with a car manufacturer in India as it was Fiat which first joined hands with Sachin Tendulkar way back in 2002. As part of this deal, the Italian carmaker brought as many as 500 units of the Palio S10 with each one getting an aluminium plaque denoting its serial number. The Palio S10 Sachin Tendulkar Edition was offered with a number of cosmetic updates including a large spoiler and new set of alloy wheels.
