The Citroen Basalt prices have been increased in India. The hike ranges from Rs 17,000 to Rs 28,000, depending on the variant. This price adjustment applies across the different variants—You, Plus, and Max. Earlier, the price range for this model started at Rs 7.99 lakh and went up to Rs 13.83 lakh (ex-showroom). Now, the updated prices begin at Rs 8.25 lakh and go up to Rs 14.00 lakh (ex-showroom). Below, we break down the details of these price changes.

The Citroen Basalt price has increased by Rs 26,000 for the entry-level 1.2 Petrol MT You variant. The highest hike in the range, Rs 28,000, applies to both the Plus Turbo MT and Plus Turbo AT variants. The Max Turbo MT and Max Turbo MT Dual Tone variants have become Rs 21,000 more expensive. Meanwhile, the Max Turbo AT and Max Turbo AT Dual Tone variants see a hike of Rs 17,000 each. Although the increase on the Max Turbo AT Dual Tone is technically Rs 1 less, it effectively amounts to a Rs 17,000 hike as well.
