Maruti Suzuki Wagon R

The Maruti Wagon R has climbed up to become the most selling Maruti car in India, as per the above data. Celebrating its 25th anniversary, this tallboy was able to gather 1,02,503 units of sales over the last six months, averaging around 17,000 cars a month.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga

The Maruti Ertiga had been on the top of the ladder for quite a while, but it has now been pushed to the second spot, selling 96,548 units over the past six months. Popular Maruti Ertiga rivals include Renault Triber, Toyota Rumion, Kia Carens and Maruti Suzuki XL6.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza

The Maruti Brezza sits on the third spot of this list, selling 94,280 units over the last six months. This translates to around 15,700 units per month. The Brezza comes with a 1.5-litre K-series petrol engine producing 103PS of power and 137Nm of peak torque. There’s also an option of a factory-fitted CNG kit. 

Maruti Suzuki Fronx

The Maruti Fronx has made it to the top 5 best selling Maruti cars in India, posting an impressive sales figure of 21,461 units in February alone. Cumulative sales figure for the last six months stands at 92,580 units, translating to a monthly average of 15,430 units.

Maruti Suzuki Swift

Maruti Swift, which recently underwent a generational update, secured the fifth spot in the list of top selling Maruti cars in India. Maruti Suzuki sold 92,288 units of the Swift over the past six months, averaging at roughly 15,350 units a month.
