With the arrival of the much anticipated 2024 Mahindra Thar ROXX, the brand’s cumulative sales figure is further going up. Here’s a list of the best-selling Mahindra cars in India over the past 6 months.

Mahindra Scorpio

The Scorpio has been on the forefront of Mahindra Auto, with the brand selling 82,163 Scorpios over the last six months. This translates to an average of around 13,650 Mahindra Scorpios every month. This figure includes sales of both Mahindra Scorpio Classic and the relatively new Mahindra Scorpio-N.

Mahindra XUV 3XO

Mahindra XUV 3XO, which is essentially the Mahindra XUV300 in new clothing, captured the second spot in the list of Mahindra’s most-selling cars. Mahindra sold 56,062 units of the hatchback (ok, SUV) over the last six months. Mahindra XUV 3XO rivals include popular cars such as Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.

Mahindra XUV700

The Mahindra XUV700 has taken over the Bolero Neo as the third-most selling Mahindra SUV in India. This hot-selling SUV has been the go-to choice for many buyers since its launch. Mahindra sold 47,793 units of the Mahindra XUV700 over the last six months, averaging around 7,950 cars a month. Popular Mahindra XUV700 rivals include Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio-N, Hyundai Alcazar, Toyota Innova Hycross and MG Hector. 

Mahindra Bolero Neo

The Mahindra Bolero Neo has been pushed to the fourth spot by the XUV700. This workhorse still sits above the Thar in the list of the best-selling Mahindra SUVs and cars in India. Selling a massive 46,844 units over the past six months, the Bolero Neo averaged around 7,800 units of monthly sales.

Mahindra Thar

The Mahindra Thar stood at the fifth spot in Mahindra’s sales charts, selling 36,566 cars over the past six months. The last two months’ figure also includes factory dispatch numbers for the new Mahindra Thar ROXX as well. This number should climb steeply in the coming months given that the ROXX has already received around two lakh bookings.
