Mahindra has been riding the SUV wave with its range of SUVs such as the Mahindra Scorpio and Mahindra XUV700. With the arrival of the much anticipated Mahindra Thar ROXX, the brand’s cumulative sales figure is further going up. Here’s a list of the best selling Mahindra cars in India over the past 6 months.

Mahindra Scorpio
The Scorpio has been on the forefront of Mahindra Auto, with the brand selling 81,038 Scorpios over the last six months. This translates to an average of around 13,500 Mahindra Scorpios every month. This figure includes sales of both Mahindra Scorpio Classic and the Mahindra Scorpio-N.

Mahindra XUV700
The Mahindra XUV700 has taken over the XUV 3XO as the second most selling Mahindra SUV in India. This hot selling SUV has been the go-to choice for many buyers since its launch. Mahindra sold 53,294 units of the Mahindra XUV700 over the last six months, averaging almost 8,900 cars a month. Popular Mahindra XUV700 rivals include Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio-N, Hyundai Alcazar, Toyota Innova Hycross and MG Hector.
Mahindra XUV 3XO
Mahindra XUV 3XO, which is essentially the Mahindra XUV300 in new clothing, has been pushed to the third spot in the list of Mahindra’s most selling cars. Mahindra sold 52,218 units of the hatchback (ok, SUV) over the last six months. Mahindra XUV 3XO rivals include popular cars such as Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
Mahindra Bolero Neo
The Mahindra Bolero Neo stands at the fourth position. This workhorse still sits above the Thar in the list of the best selling Mahindra SUVs and cars in India. Selling a massive 44,419 units over the past six months, the Bolero Neo averaged around 7,400 units of monthly sales.

Mahindra Thar
The Mahindra Thar stood at the fifth spot in Mahindra’s sales charts, selling 41,807 cars over the past six months. The last four months’ figure also includes factory dispatch numbers for the new Mahindra Thar ROXX as well. This number should further climb in the coming months given that the ROXX has already received lakhs of bookings.
