Honda Amaze
Honda might be the only OEM in India that has more sedans than SUVs in its portfolio. But then, Honda has just three cars on sale. Honda sold 14,134 units of the Amaze over the past 6 months, making it Honda’s most-selling car in the country. An updated Honda Amaze is just around the corner as well.
Honda Elevate
Honda might have been late to the party, but the Elevate has almost caught up to the Amaze in sales numbers. Selling 10,876 units over the past 6 months, the Honda Elevate is the Japanese automaker’s second top-selling car in India. For reference, Hyundai Creta sales over the same period stood at 98,466 units, Kia Seltos at 38,249 units, and the MG Astor at 5,322 units.

Honda City
The City brand, once synonymous with Honda, is falling behind on the sales charts, selling under 6,000 units over the past 6 months. This also includes the sale of the Honda City e:HEV, though that number is almost negligible. The fall in sales is not just limited to Honda, but to C-segment sedans as a whole, their share being gobbled up by compact SUVs instead.
