Audi has launched its most powerful SUV—the RS Q8—in the Indian market at Rs 2.49 crore ex-showroom. It is worth mentioning that the RS Q8 was available in the Indian market earlier, albeit in the standard form. The 2025 Audi RS Q8 not only brings the updated design but also the more powerful Performance pack, making it the most powerful Audi SUV on sale. Audi RS Q8 Performance launched

Launched at a staggering price of Rs 2.49 crore ex-showroom, the RS Q8 Performance gets a bump of Rs 27 lakh compared to the standard RS Q8’s last recorded price. For the additional money, the Performance pack offers more performance, faster acceleration and sportier design. Furthermore, the RS Q8 Performance comes with a 10-year complimentary road-side assistance package and the customers also get the option to choose service and maintenance packages.

Audi RS Q8 Performance specifications

The RS Q8 Performance comes equipped with a 4.0-litre V8 TFSI engine that has been tuned to generate 640PS of maximum power and 850Nm of peak torque. The SUV can reach triple digit speeds in 3.6 seconds, and the Audi RS Q8 Performance top speed can be bumped up to 305kmph from the standard 250kmph with the optional package, which would cost you another few lakh rupees. The V8 comes mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system along with a sport differential for track shenanigans.

Audi RS Q8 exterior, interior features

The front face of the RS Q8 gets a humongous grille with a honeycomb pattern, accompanied by large air intakes and Matrix headlights. The side profile is identical to the standard Audi Q8, albeit with aggressive-looking 23-inch RS alloy wheels. The rear features connected lights that look rather good, along with blacked out badges, a rear diffuser, and large exhaust tips. There’s a generous amount of black used throughout the exterior.

The interior of the RS  Q8 Performance gets hints of Alcantara, Dinamica microfiber and recycled PET fibers all over the place. The seats and the wheel get RS badging along with red or blue accents. Some of the Audi RS Q8 Performance features include a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, Audi’s MMI infotainment system, ventilated front seats with massaging function, four-zone climate control, drive modes, and more. The overall layout would remind you of the regular Audi Q8 as there isn’t much difference in that aspect.
