2025 Tata Tigor launched in India — Everything you need to know

Tata Motors has silently launched the 2025 model year version of the Tata Tigor sedan via its official website, with minor improvements in features such as LED headlamps and a bigger touchscreen infotainment screen. Tata hasn’t revealed any images of the car except the one teasing its side profile that you can see in this article, so we cannot comment on the styling just yet. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2025 Tata Tigor.

We cannot really call this the Tata Tigor facelift as Tata has made just a few enhancements as compared to the outgoing model, unlike what we recently saw in case of its main competitors — Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze — which received thorough generational updates. 

2025 Tata Tigor design changes

As mentioned earlier, the 2025 Tata Tigor images are yet to be revealed by the carmaker, so we can’t comment on the styling and design changes at the moment.

2025 Tata Tigor engine and gearbox details

The brand hasn’t revealed the powertrain details either, but we expect them to remain unchanged as well. The current model gets a 1.2-litre three-cylinder Revotron petrol engine that can be mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. It also gets the option of a factory-fitted CNG kit, which comes with both the transmissions.

2025 Tata Tigor features

The key feature additions that have been made to the Tigor include a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display, an updated digital instrument cluster, and LED headlamps. Other main features include an 8-speaker sound system, ISOFIX child seat mounts, wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apply CarPlay, cruise control, and more.

2025 Tata Tigor price in India

The Tata Tigor base model price remains unchanged, while the prices for subsequent variants have noted a slight increase. The base Tata Tigor XM variant is priced at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Tata Tigor XZ+ Lux variant is priced at Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Tata Tigor CNG variants are priced between Rs 7.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 9.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
