2025 Tata Tiago & Tigor launch in January — Details inside!

The Tata Tiago was first launched in 2016 and received its first facelift update in January 2020. Similarly, the Tata Tigor debuted in 2017 and got a major mid-cycle update in 2020. Since then, not much has changed for these models. However, things are about to change. 

In a recent investor meeting, Tata Motors confirmed that both the Tiago and Tigor will receive mid-cycle updates by 2025. With the increasing competition in the market, these updates are crucial to ensure that the Tiago and Tigor don't fall behind. There’s a lot of anticipation around these upcoming updates. 2025 Tata Tiago & Tata Tigor facelift exterior

The 2025 Tata Tiago facelift exterior is expected to feature minor cosmetic changes at both the front and rear. There may be slight tweaks around the headlamps as well. Similar updates are anticipated for the 2025 Tata Tigor facelift exterior, with new alloy wheels likely to be introduced. Inside, there could be some minor cosmetic updates, but the main focus will be on the enhancement of features.

Upcoming Tata Tiago & Tata Tigor facelift features

The most significant updates for the 2025 Tata Tiago facelift and Tata Tigor facelift are likely to focus on features, receiving much-needed improvements. They are expected to come with features including a larger screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, rear AC vents, charging ports, front armrest, wireless charger and more.

In terms of safety, it would be a welcome update if these models offered six airbags instead of the current dual airbags. Additionally, the cars are expected to come equipped with ABS, EBD, TPMS, rearview camera, parking sensors, ESP, and more.

2025 Tata Tiago & Tata Tigor facelift engine options

The Tata Tiago and Tigor engine options include a 1.2L petrol engine and a CNG variant, with both models offering similar power and torque figures. It's expected that these engine options will continue in the upcoming facelift models.

2025 Tata Tiago & Tata Tigor price

The Tata Tigor price starts from Rs 6 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.40 lakh, while the Tata Tiago price starts from Rs 5 lakh and goes up to Rs 8.75 lakh. The prices of the facelifted versions are likely to start a few thousand rupees higher than the current Tata Tiago and Tata Tigor.

2025 Tata Tiago & Tata Tigor launch

The Tata Tigor facelift launch is expected to happen in the first half of 2025, likely between January and February. The Tata Tiago facelift launch is also anticipated in the same timeframe, possibly alongside the Tigor.
