The upcoming 2025 MG M9 is an electric MPV that was earlier showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Auto Expo. In the international market, this electric MPV is known as the Maxus Mifa 9 and is built on SAIC's MIFA platform. Several details have already been revealed, including the MG M9 colour options, which will be available in three choices. It will be launched in India with a large 90kWh battery pack. Upcoming 2025 MG M9 colour options

The MG M9 comes with a boxy silhouette and a three-row seating layout. Its dimensions are 4,275mm in length, 1,800mm in width, 1,635mm in height, and it has a wheelbase of 2,700mm. The M9 ground clearance stand at 180mm. It also gets large 19-inch alloy wheels. The MG M9 colour options include three shades only – Cardiff Black, Luminous White, and Mystic Grey.

Upcoming MG M9 features

Talking about the 2025 MG M9 features, it will come with a large infotainment screen, digital driver display, three-zone climate control, wireless charger, seat massage functions, second-row screens, Ottoman seats in the second row with ventilation & massage, panoramic sunroof, and more. On the safety side, it will be equipped with features like multiple airbags, parking sensors, ABS, EBD, and  Level 2 ADAS, among others.

Upcoming MG M9 battery & range

The MG M9 electric MPV will come with a 90kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor. It delivers 244PS of power and 350NM of torque. The new MG M9 range is claimed to be around 430 kilometres as per the WLTP cycle.

2025 MG M9 booking

The upcoming MG M9 booking has already opened across the country with a token amount of Rs 51,000. This electric MPV will be sold in India exclusively through MG Select dealerships. Notably, the MPV will first be available in 13 cities — Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Kolkata, Kochi, and Thane.

2025 MG M9 price in India

The upcoming MG M9 price is expected to be above Rs 65 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with other luxury MPVS in India, like the Toyota Vellfire and the Kia Carnival Limousine.
