2025 Maruti Eeco launched with six airbags and captain seats — New price list

Maruti Suzuki has updated the Eeco—yes, they haven’t forgotten about it—with six airbags, making it a LOT more safer than before. Furthermore, the carmaker has also revised the seating configuration of the family mover. Read on to know everything that has changed in the 2025 Maruti Eeco family van.

2025 Maruti Eeco safety features

The biggest highlight, of course, is the addition of six airbags as standard across all variants, except Ambulance and Cargo configurations. In addition, the 2025 Eeco safety features also include 3-point seatbelt for all passengers, further enhancing passenger safety. On the electronics front, the Eeco comes with electronic stability program, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and seat belt reminders.

New Maruti Eeco captain seat variant introduced 

The 2025 Maruti Eeco is updated with new seating configurations. The new addition is the 2nd-row captain chairs, with the third row also having space for two passengers. Like before, the Eeco is also available with the 5-seater configuration, however, the 7-seater Eeco variants have been discontinued.

2025 Maruti Eeco powertrain details

The 2025 Maruti Eeco continues to come with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that puts out 60.5PS of power and 104Nm of torque, which channels power to the rear wheels via 5-speed manual transmission. The same powertrain is also available with the CNG option that delivers a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.78kmpkg whereas the petrol comes with a claimed efficiency of 19.71kmpl.
