Land Rover Defender Octa suspension
A standout feature of the Defender Octa is its advanced 6D Dynamics suspension system, which eliminates the need for a traditional anti-roll bar by hydraulically linking the dampers. According to Land Rover, this setup ‘virtually eliminates’ pitch and body roll on-road while also enhancing wheel articulation for improved performance on rough terrain.
The Octa is further reinforced with longer, more durable wishbones, enhanced underbody protection, a 28mm increase in ground clearance, and a 100mm boost in wading depth. It also features a bespoke drive mode with an off-road launch setting and the fastest steering rack ever fitted to a Defender.
