Amidst the ongoing talks, the Hyundai Creta EV launch has been on the horizon for a while. This new Creta EV takes its design cues from the current Hyundai Creta facelift already available in the market.
The much-anticipated reveal of this Hyundai EV is expected at the Bharat Mobility Show 2025, which will be held in New Delhi from 17th January to 22nd January. The upcoming Hyundai Creta EV India launch will happen on the very first day of the event, meaning 17th January, where it will also be showcased for public display.

2025 Hyundai Creta EV exterior
The Hyundai Creta facelift was launched this January with a refreshed exterior design, including a new front fascia. The upcoming Creta EV design is expected to borrow cues from this facelift, featuring a similar headlamp design with a connected element. It will also get a redesigned grille, and at the rear, you might notice a similar C-shaped taillamp spanning from left to right. The new Hyundai Creta EV will be built on a modified version of the Creta’s K2 platform.
Upcoming Hyundai Creta EV dimensions
The ICE version of the Hyundai Creta dimension stands at a length of 4330 mm, width of 1790 mm, height of 1635 mm, with a ground clearance of 190 mm (unladen), wheelbase of 2610 mm, and boot space of 433 litres. Compared to this, the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV dimensions are expected to show slight variations.

2025 Hyundai Creta EV interior, features, & safety
The 2025 Hyundai Creta EV interior is expected to share similarities with the ICE version, especially around the dashboard layout, front AC vents, physical switches, cup holders, and other familiar elements. However, there will be distinct differences in some details.
On the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV features side, it is likely to include the twin display setup, which was also seen in earlier spy shots. Other expected features include dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, premium speakers, three-spoke steering wheel, adjustable driver seat, rear AC vents, a wireless charger, Type-C charging ports, and cup holders, among others.
The 2025 Hyundai Creta EV also expected to come with ADAS features, alongside other expected safety features like six airbags, ABS, hill hold assist, TPMS, EBD, and more.
Upcoming Hyundai Creta EV battery, motor specs
As per the reports, the 2025 Hyundai Creta EV will get a 45kWh battery pack. It is expected that the single, front-axle-mounted motor will produce around 140PS and 255Nm. This upcoming Creta EV is likely to be positioned as the entry-level model in Hyundai's EV lineup. It will compete with rivals like the Tata Curvy EV, Mahindra BE 6e, and MG ZS EV.
