It is well-established that the current era is of SUVs, not just in India but globally. There’s a wave of upcoming SUVs in India in the next few months, and a lot of them are going to make their debut at the 2025 Delhi Motor Show, which is now part of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Here’s a list of the upcoming SUVs in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Notably, a majority of these SUVs are to come with electric propulsion systems rather than conventional ICE ones.

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara
Suzuki revealed its first electric car in the world at Milan, Italy, and the same will be showcased in India at the Delhi Auto Expo. The new Maruti e Vitara gets a brand-new interior that looks refreshing and premium, along with modern exterior styling.

Hyundai Creta EV
Hyundai has confirmed that it will showcase an electric version of the Creta SUV to replace its now discontinued Kona EV. It has been spied testing multiple times, and is expected to come with a 45kWh battery pack, as per media reports.
2025 Hyundai Tucson
A facelifted Hyundai Tucson was launched in the States a while back, and the same is expected to make its India debut at the Auto Expo. While the changes on the outside of the US-spec Tucson were noticed to be minimal, the cabin saw the return of physical controls and rotary dials for some basic functions.
Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift
Already launched in certain global markets, a facelifted version of the popular Hyundai Ioniq 5 SUV is expected to make its way to the Expo, too. The Ioniq 5 facelift gets a bigger battery pack and revised design elements, along with a few added features.

Hyundai Ioniq 9
Hyundai is also set to reveal the new Ioniq 9 electric SUV in India at the Motor Show. Based on Hyundai’s E-GMP platform, the upcoming Ioniq 9 is a close relative of the Kia EV9 that was launched in India a few weeks back.
Kia Syros
The Kia Syros was revealed just days ago, and its price announcement is likely to happen at the Auto Expo. The Syros will sit between the Sonet and the Seltos in the carmaker's lineup, and an electric version of the same is also expected to be introduced later.
Mahindra XEV 9e
Launched at a starting price of Rs 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai), the full price list of the new Mahindra XEV 9e is expected to be revealed at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The XEV 9e is one of Mahindra’s first BEVs that have been built on the all-new INGLO modular skateboard platform.
Mahindra BE 6
Along with the Mahindra XEV 9e price announcement, Mahindra is also likely to reveal prices for the new BE 6 electric SUV at the Expo. The Mahindra BE 6 price in India starts at Rs 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai), and comes with two battery pack options — 59KWh and 79kWh.

Mahindra XEV 7e
Some leaked images of the upcoming Mahindra XEV 7e have surfaced online, and it seems like the car shares a lot of bits with the XEV 9e. We expect Mahindra to showcase the 7e at the Expo as well, though they aren’t likely to launch the car at the show.
MG ZS HEV
We expect MG to launch the new generation MG Astor/MG ZS EV in a hybrid avatar, which has already debuted in the UK as the MG ZS HEV. The UK-spec model gets a 1.5-litre petrol engine that is paired to a 1.83kWh battery and a 136PS electric motor.
