Upcoming Skoda Elroq EV showcased at Bharat Expo 2025 — Coming to India soon?

At the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, Skoda showcased the Skoda Elroq EV. Built on the Volkswagen Group's MEB platform, it also underpins other models within the group, such as the Audi Q4 and Volkswagen ID.3. Skoda Elroq exterior & dimension

The Skoda Elroq EV exterior features LED DRLs split into four pieces, with the LED headlamp housing positioned below. It also has a Tech-Deck Face grille, LED taillights, and silver skid plates at both the front and rear. The vehicle rides on 21-inch alloy wheels.

The Elroq measures 4,488 mm in length, 1,884 mm in width, and 1,625 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,765 mm. Its drag coefficient is 0.26.

Skoda Elroq interior & features

The Skoda Elroq interior features a clean dashboard, a large 13-inch floating touchscreen, digital driver display, HUD, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, multiple speakers, and adjustable driver seat, among other elements. The Skoda Elroq EV features also include multiple airbags, ISOFIX, parking sensors, ABS, EBD, an ADAS suite, and more.

Skoda Elroq EV battery specs

The Skoda Elroq EV is available with three battery pack options—52kWh, 59kWh, and 77kWh—on the international market. It offers a claimed range of up to 581km and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds. The vehicle is available in rear-wheel drive.

Skoda Elroq India launch

At the Bharat Mobility Global Auto Expo 2025, Skoda India commited to launch the Elroq electric SUV in India by 2027. In addition, Skoda India also showcased its global lineup of cars like the Kodiaq, Superb and Octavia RS, all of which are on their way to come to the Indian market in the coming years.
