Upcoming Hyundai cars at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025

The Auto Expo is coming back with a lot of new launches and unveils planned to take place at the event happening in January. Unlike before, Auto Expo has merged into the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, which holds other expos in the field of components and sustainability. In this article we share the list of upcoming Hyundai cars at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

Hyundai Creta Electric

Among all the cars that are likely to make their mark at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, the Hyundai Creta Electric holds the most excitement. The best-selling SUV in India will soon be joined by its all-electric avatar and is likely to be christened the Creta Electric. Spotted innumerable times on test, the Creta Electric won’t be largely different from the ICE avatar, as far as the design is concerned. Hyundai Tucson Facelift

The Hyundai Tucson is currently the flagship SUV under the South Korean carmaker’s India portfolio. While the facelift for the Tucson was introduced in the global market in early 2024, it is likely to make its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The updated Hyundai Tucson facelift brings minor changes over its predecessor, largely in the areas of styling and standard equipment. The India-spec Tucson is likely to continue with its 2.0-litre petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engine options, with the latter offering the option of all-wheel-drive. Hyundai Ioniq 9

Another big unveil from Hyundai India is set to be of the Ioniq 9 full-size family electric SUV. The Ioniq 9 recently made its global debut and the same is set to head to our shores in January 2025. Its cousin, the Kia EV9, is already on sale in the Indian market at a rather surprising price of Rs 1.3 crore ex-showroom. Like the EV9, we expect the Ioniq 9 to be launched in the Indian market via the CBU route. Its family-oriented design and feature set in addition to grand looks and minimalist design should help it carve a small niche for itself in the Indian market. Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift

Hot on the heels of the Ioniq 9, the Ioniq 5 facelift is likely to make its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Ioniq 5 is a very popular EV in the Indian market thanks to its affordable price tag, attractive feature set and long range on a single charge. Furthermore, since the Ioniq 5 is assembled locally in India, it further sweetens the deal. The Ioniq 5 facelift was revealed earlier this year offering small cosmetic and functional changes and the same is likely to be offered in the Indian market.
