There is a lot of anticipation around the upcoming Honda cars at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025, with exciting model concepts and new editions expected to be showcased. Let's dive into the details of what Honda might present at the event.

Honda Elevate electric

Among the upcoming Honda cars at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025, the Honda Elevate EV is expected to be in the spotlight. Recently, at the launch of the Honda Amaze, Honda Cars India President and CEO Takuya Tsumura confirmed that an Elevate-based EV will be launched in India by 2026. 

This will mark Honda's first-ever EV in its lineup, and it is likely to have a new name. The Honda Elevate Electric is expected to share design elements with the ICE-powered Elevate, though it won’t be built from scratch on a new platform; instead, it will likely be a retrofitted EV based on the same platform as the ICE model.

Honda City special edition

At the Bharat Auto Expo, we can also expect to see a special edition of the Honda City. The current Honda City is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine, with options for either a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT (continuously variable transmission). It is priced between Rs 11.82 lakh and Rs 16.35 lakh.

Honda Elevate special edition

There is also anticipation for the special edition of the Honda Elevate, which may also be showcased at the Auto Expo 2025. Currently, the Honda Elevate is available with the Apex edition, and its engine options start at Rs 11.69 lakh and go up to Rs 16.43 lakh.
