Upcoming BYD cars in India at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025

The second edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo is set to be held at a much grander scale than the first edition, with an array of new car launches and showcases planned by both major and small automakers in India. The Delhi Auto Expo, now a part of the Bharat Mobility Show, will act as a platform from a bunch of upcoming cars in India. Here are the upcoming BYD cars in India at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025.

BYD Denza N9

BYD has filed a design patent for the Denza N9 SUV and we expect the carmaker to showcase the SUV at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Denza N9 is a PHEV that gets a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that is mated to one electric motor on the front axle and two electric motors on the rear axle. BYD hasn’t officially announced the upcoming BYD Denza N9 India launch yet.

BYD Bao 3

Another upcoming car that BYD has filed a design patent for is the BYD Bao 3. Unlike the Denza N9, the Bao 3 is a pure-electric SUV that comes with two electric motors — one for each axle. This upcoming electric SUV boasts of a claimed 0-100kmph time of just 4.9 seconds. BYD is yet to comment on the BYD Bao 3 India launch as well, and we don’t expect either of these two cars to be here anytime soon.
