Under this scheme, the Windsor EV is available at an introductory price of ₹9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), with a battery rental fee of ₹3.5 per kilometer.  

The BaaS model has been well-received, accounting for a portion of Windsor's sales. The Windsor EV has significantly boosted MG's presence in the EV market, contributing to 49% of the brand's total sales within just three months of its launch. Beyond its innovative pricing strategy, the MG Windsor EV offers a compelling blend of performance, practicality, and affordability. Equipped with a 38 kWh battery pack, it delivers a claimed range of up to 332 km on a full charge. Notable features include a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, and an Infinity View Glass Roof.

MG Windsor EV Price

The MG Windsor EV price in India offers flexibility through two distinct purchasing options:

1. Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) Model: This innovative approach allows customers to buy the vehicle separately from the battery, reducing the initial expenditure. Under this scheme, the Windsor EV is available at an introductory ex-showroom price starting from ₹9.99 lakh, with a battery subscription cost of ₹3.5 per kilometer.  
2. Comprehensive Purchase: For those preferring outright ownership, the Windsor EV can be purchased inclusive of the battery. In this arrangement, the ex-showroom prices are:

The MG Windsor EV on-road price varies based on location and associated charges. In New Delhi, the on-road prices are approximately:

• Excite Variant: Around ₹14.75 lakh
• Exclusive Variant: Approximately ₹15.79 lakh  

These figures encompass additional costs such as registration, insurance, and other fees.

MG Windsor EV Mileage

The MG Windsor EV mileage is a crucial consideration for potential buyers evaluating its practicality for daily use. Equipped with a 38 kWh battery pack, the Windsor EV boasts an ARAI-certified range of 332 kilometers on a full charge. However, real-world performance often varies due to factors such as driving habits, terrain, and environmental conditions.

In practical scenarios, the Windsor EV delivers a range of approximately 280 kilometers on a full charge. This real-world range is decent, aligning closely with the certified estimate and reflecting the vehicle's efficiency in typical driving conditions.

MG Windsor EV Features

The MG Windsor EV features a comprehensive suite of features designed to enhance comfort, convenience, and safety. A highlight of the interior is the 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen display that offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cabin is further elevated by Aero-Lounge Seats with a 135° recline and Infinity View Glass Roof. In terms of safety, the MG Windsor EV is equipped with six airbags, including dual front, side, and curtain airbags. The vehicle also features an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and an Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold.
