Alternatively, the Style Pack added 16 inch styled steel wheels, contrast black roof, body coloured ORVMs, fog lamps (front and rear) and DRLs.

The XT variant with the Luxe Pack added leather wrapped steering/gear lever, rear seat armrest, height adjustable driver seat, rear fog lamps, black contrast roof, metal finish for inner door handles, 16 inch styled steel wheels and body coloured ORVMs. The Urban Pack option for the XZ variant added exterior colour coordinated interiors, body coloured ORVMs and black contrast roof.

Additionally, the 2020 Tata Altroz features automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers, cruise control, automatic climate control, driving modes (Eco and City), rear AC vents, and armrests for both front and rear passengers.

The 5 star Global NCAP safety rating aside, the 2020 Altroz also has a suite of safety features that make it even safer. Dual frontal airbags, reverse parking sensors, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX anchorage points are standard on all variants of the hatchback. Additionally, a reverse parking camera and cornering fog lamps were offered on the XT, XZ and XZ (O) variants.
