1. Visit the website and click on the Licence tab under the Citizen Services tab.
2. Select the type of licence you wish to apply for.
3. Once you are on the licence page, select Apply Online and it will redirect you to the Parivahan Sewa website.

Steps to pay online learning licence/driving licence fees in Maharashtra via Parivahan Seva website

1. Visit the Parivahan Sewa website.

   

2. Click on the ‘Online Services’ tab.

3. Select the ‘Driving Licence Related Services’ option from the drop down menu.

   

4. Click on the ‘Select State Name’ tab and choose Maharashtra.

   

5. Close the pop up that comes on your screen.
