This promotion is organized by Cars24 Services Private Limited (“Cars24”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 under CIN U74999HR2015FTC056386 and having its registered office at 10th Floor, Tower - B, Unitech Cyber Park Sector - 39, Gurugram, Haryana, India, 122001. The fulfilment of the Promotion can be done by Cars24 directly or through any of its authorised channel partners/dealers.

3. Promotion Description

A giveaway of a car on the occasion of the 9th birthday anniversary of Cars24.

Eligibility

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to win the car, a Participant must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a legal resident of India.
• Should possess a valid Driving Licence of India.

2. Exclusions

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cars24, as well as employees of affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate.

The promotion begins on August 10, 2024 and ends on August 12, 2024.

How to Participate

1. Entry Method

A person can participate in the Promotion by any of the following ways:

• A special Cars24 'birthday car' will be cruising around Delhi NCR with a QR code. Participants need to spot it, scan the code, and register for a chance to win a car.
• Register via Cars24 App
• Directly logging onto the microsite with the URL: www.cars24.com/qrazycarhunt, through social media or other platforms

2. Limitations

A Participant is able to submit his/her details once through the mobile number.

Prize Details

1. Estimated Value

The estimated retail value of the car is upto INR 7 lacs.

2. Non-Transferable

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Tax Responsibility

The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with the ownership of the car.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. Selection Process

The winner will be selected by random drawing.

2. Notification

The winner will be notified via the official Instagram handle of Cars24 i.ehttps://www.instagram.com/cars24india/

3. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the notification within ten [10] days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, Cars24 reserves the right to select a new winner.

Pick Up and Ownership

1. Pick Up

The winner may be required to travel to the nearest Cars24 hub as per the winner’s location subject to the availability of the car on that location.

2. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the car will be transferred upon delivery. The winner must complete all necessary paperwork and comply with car registration and other local regulations at its own cost.

3. Vehicle Condition

The participant understands that the car is a pre-owned car and that Cars24 will not be responsible for any defects in the car.

Personal data collected during the promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize.

2. Data Protection

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Cars24 Privacy Policy as available on its website and applicable data protection laws.

General Conditions

1. Modification or Cancellation

Cars24 reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
